Ana Isaura Cañas De Quintanilla

Our dear Mama Isa as she was lovingly referred to, was called home to our Father in heaven on January 26, 2023 after a long and arduous battle with cancer. She passed away at home surrounded by loved ones. Ana Isaura Quintanilla, was a daughter, a sister, a loving mother, a selfless friend and amazing grandmother. She was a nurturing soul, full of life, and she gave it her all to her grandchildren whom she cared for with all of her heart. She also had many godsons and goddaughters whom she loved very much. She left her imprint and was a shining light in many peoples lives. Throughout her life she was a caregiver for many children. She loved to cook and was in the kitchen any chance she could get. She was deeply rooted in her faith and her love for God. Attending church and watching mass on the television when she couldn't go in person. She held firmly to her faith until her last moments. She was predeceased by her husband Jose Tomas Quintanilla and her sons Jose Danilo & Juan Quintanilla. She is survived by her daughters, Ana & Evelyn Quintanilla. Her grandchildren Aileen, Analee, Brianna, Ailiana, Alaynna, Aydan, Giovany, Adelynn, & Madelyn. A host of brothers and sisters, as well as her mother. We will forever celebrate and honor her life. Nuestra querida Mama Isa como amorosamente se le decia, fue llamada a casa con nuestro Padre Celestial el 26 de Enero del 2023 despues de una larga y ardua batalla contra el cancer. Ella fallecio rodeada de seres queridos. Ana Isaura Quintanilla, fue hija, hermana, una madre amorosa, una amiga compasiva, y una abuelilta de lo mas increible y amorosa. Era un alma cariñosa, llena de vida y se lo dio todo a sus nietos a quienes cuidaba con todo su corazón.También tuvo muchos ahijados y ahijadas a los que quería mucho. Deja imprimido su amor y luz brillante en la vida de muchas personas. A lo largo de su vida, cuido de muchos niños. Le encantaba cocinar y estaba en la cocina cada vez que podía. Estaba profundamente enraizada en su fe y en su amor por Dios. Asistia misa en la iglesia y cuando no podia asistir, la encontraban viendo misa en la televisión. Ella se aferró firmemente a su fe hasta sus últimos momentos. Le antecedieron en muerte su esposo José Tomás Quintanilla y sus hijos José Danilo & Juan Quintanilla. Le sobreviven sus hijas, Ana y Evelyn Quintanilla. Sus nietos Aileen, Analee, Brianna, Ailiana, Alyanna, Aydan, Giovany, Adelynn y Madelyn. Una gran cantidad de hermanos y hermanas, y también su madre. Siempre celebraremos y honraremos su vida.
